This package begins approximately 6-7 weeks before your wedding day and we will ensure that the special day that you have planned is perfectly executed so you can relax and enjoy the celebration with your loved ones.
Month-Of Coordination Guide:
- In-Person Details Meeting to review all details, plans, and contracts
- Unlimited phone and email communication leading up to your wedding day
- Site walk-through with your venue coordinator to discuss event details
- Vendor contract review and confirmations the month prior to your event
- Creation of wedding day itinerary and finalizing all floorplans, menus, and any specific logistics for the day of
- Management and coordination of vendors, timeline, logistics, bridal party, guests and last minute changes
- Supervision of wedding rehearsal, ceremony setup, and reception setup
- A professional assistant on the wedding day at no extra cost
(Note: additional assistant(s) may be required due to the scale of the wedding and will be charged extra) - On-site supervision of the photo session
- Final payment and gratuity distribution (if required)
- Up to 12 hours of coordination on your wedding day
- Event day includes 1 Lead Coordinator + 1st Assistant for 12 hours + 2nd Assistant for a half day (photo session and set up only)
