Every year I help plan and coordinate the company holiday party for Season Group Corp. I always love this part of my job 🙂 Season Group is Canadian clothing manufacturer that was started by my Dad!

Christmas is my favourite time of the year! Here are some photos from this past 2013 Holiday Party:

It was a simple affair held for the employees and their ‘client of the year’. Season’s corporate colours are green + gold. With hints of reds, it would make the perfect palette for the holidays! I wanted the party to have a rustic cottage feel with simple details. The party was held at the Star Walk Buffet restaurant in Markham. Although, this would not have been the venue I would have chosen,  it was what I had to work with. The restaurant recently went through a facelift and their new party rooms are quite beautiful actually.

Cake: keeping with the ‘rustic’ feel, I wanted to go for a naked cake. Naked cakes are becoming a huge trend. Made with chocolate cake vanilla frosting. Crystal from Kuppycakes did an amazing job – not only did the cake look amazing, it tasted amazing too! Moist and not overly sweet 🙂
